Anthropologie heads to Twenty Ninth
The Twenty Ninth Street shopping center said this morning it soon will feature Anthropologie, the clothes and home goods store.
The shopping center officially opens Friday.
In April, Anthropologie will open a 10,400-square-foot store at the center across from the Lucy Store, according to spokeswoman Mindy Kaufman.
Officials expect Anthropologie to be a “big draw” to a wide range of shoppers, but especially college students, Kaufman said. The shop ranked second in an online poll last year about what stores Boulder residents would like to see. The Apple Store came in first place.
This will be the first Anthropologie north of Denver and the third in the state. The other stores are at Park Meadows mall in Littleton and Cherry Creek.
Anthropologie was founded in 1992.
